Music, meditation, food and drink.
Kicking off with Music I still practice my Guitar several hours a day. I have made it to 30 pieces in my repertoire and there is now a pub outlet to play in every six weeks. My main ambition in life is still to become the worlds leading Vision impaired, Guinness guzzling, cocktail sipping classical guitarist. The gigs in the great institution start back next week, looking forward to that. We are hoping to return to the NCH in October, we will see how that goes.
On the meditation andd spirituality front an author by the name of Anthony de Mello was recently recommended to me. I have listened to his book entitled Awareness twice now, it really speaks to me. Mam was a fan of Anthony de Mello. Clearly, I should have paid more attention to her when she was still around.
Things with my brothers are limited but positive, in my view the best that things have been between us all for many years.
My day Vision continues to get a little mistier as time goes on. My night Vision is mostly reliant on artificial light.
I’m so glad that my eyes do not play my guitar.
