Due to a wee cold and consequent low energy my busking career has had to take a back seat for the past few weeks so it was good to get back out there again today. It was a lovely afternoon on South King Street as I set up my stall outside the Gaiety just after midday. My many fans were happy to see me back. It proved to be a highly successful return as I made 2 euro for my rendition of Carullis ‘Andante in G’ , my strongest piece. And after I had finished my set and was making my way around to The Great Institution of Chatham Street a young man complimented me on my playing. I thanked him and told him I very much appreciated his support.

Often it is the little things in life that mean so much.
