I happened upon the BBC Radio religious programme ‘Beyond Belief‘ today. Amongst other things the show, presented from Belfast, discussed idea of a united Ireland in the era of Brexit. It seems the youth of the six counties see more practical value in being a part of Europe than the UK and so a united Ireland edges ever closer. It makes perfect sense to this particular part time scribbler that an issue which has killed many people will finally be settled by the simple matters of money and life quality.

On a more personal note my journey to the summit of Classical Guitar Everest continues. As ever the marker is ‘Cavatina’. The finishing line is 140 bpm (beats per minute. I’m currently hovering around 95.
